正清风痛宁注射液联合利多卡因治疗肩胛下滑膜炎的效果

Efficacy of Zhengqingfengtongning injection（正清风痛宁）combined with lidocaine in the treatment of patients with subscapular synovitis

目的 观察正清风痛宁联合利多卡因注射治疗肩胛下滑膜炎的疗效.方法 肩胛下滑膜炎患者48例随机分为A、B两组,A组（23例）采用利多卡因与曲安奈德压痛点注射,每7日1次,B组（25例）采用利多卡因与正清风痛宁注射液痛点注射,每日注射1次.两组均治疗两次.于治疗后1、3、6个月时评定疗效.结果 两组患者治疗后1个月时疗效无统计学差异（P＞0.05）,治疗后3、6个月时B组有效率均优于A组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 正清风痛宁联合利多卡因注射治疗肩胛下滑膜炎疗效确切持久.

Objective To observe the efficacy of Zhengqingfengtongning injection （正清风痛宁 ） combined with lidocaine in the treatment of patients with subscapular synovitis. Methods Forty- eight patients were randomly ~tivided into group A and B. Patients were received lidocaine combined with triamcinolone injection at pain points, once every 7 days in group A（23 eases）. While in group B （25 cases） were received lidocaine combined with Zhengqingfengtongning injection （正清风痛宁）, once a day. Both groups were treated twice. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups at the first month after the treatment. The effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B （P〈0.05） at 3, 6 months after the treatment. Conclusion Zhengqing- fengtongning injection （正清风痛宁） combined with lidocaine is an effective method with longer efficacy in the treatment of subscapular synovitis.
