摘要
课后师生反应性互动式教学,是课后师生双方开展平等的交流探讨,彼此倾听、彼此接纳,通过理性说服甚至辩论,达到不同观点的碰撞与交融,进而激发教学双方的主动性和探索性,拓展创造性思维,以达到提高教学效果目的的一种教学方式。与传统教学方式相比,这种教学方式呈现出延伸性、交互性、合作性和关怀性的特点。课后师生的反应性互动,不仅有利于学生的成长,同时教师自身也得到了提高。
The form of post-lecture discussion referred to the concept that lecturer and students exchanged ideas or discussed problems together after the lecture. It emphasized that they both had equal priorities on listening, giving opinions or even on debating, which meant that lecturer's opinions might not always be right while students were fully encouraged to present their own ideas. The aims were to inspire the students' motivation and creativity of critical thinking. The form of discussion had its superiorities in promoting communication and cooperation between lecturer and students. This article focused on evaluating the effectiveness of post- lecture discussion during the module of Public Economics. Moreover, it also summarized the merits and shortcomings of this creative form and analyzed the potential development for further application.
