摘要
随着工业化和现代社会发展,我国高校正从传统以教师和知识为主向以学生和能力为主的教学模式转变。在高等学校不断分化和职业不断分类的过程中,财经类高校亟待从专业设置、课程结构、人才培养目标等角度探索自身的教学模式。本文依据财经类高校本科教学定位与要求,引入小组讨论式、辩论式、文献阅读式等课堂教学方式,加强实践教学和实验教学方式,拓展深入参与式教学方式,形成财经类高校"对口教学"与"大教学"模式。两种模式的核心元素是相互渗透和相互促进的,从而使财经类高校本科教学既符合工业化进程中职业迅速分化和服务提升需要,又能满足现代化过程中人的现代性拓展需要。
With the development of industrialization and the development of modem society, the universities in China are changing from the pattern of the teachers and knowledge to the pattern of students and ability. In the process of colleges and universities differentiation and occupation continued classification, finance and economics universities need to explore self-teaching pattern according to the professional setting, curriculum structure, personnel training goal etc. The article insists that, based on the positioning and requirements of finance and economics colleges, we should form the pattern of "to teaching" and "the teaching" by introducing the group discussion, debate, literature reading, and other teaching methods, strengthening practice teaching and experiment teaching, expanding in-depth participatory teaching methods. The core elements of two patterns are in mutual penetration and promotion, so that the undergraduate teaching of finance and economics universities can meet the needs of the rapid occupation differentiation and enhancing the service in the process of industrialization, at the same time, it can also meet the demands of expanding people' s modernity in the process of modernization.
