摘要
通过走访调研以及整理相关数据,分析了会计学专业人才需求情况、培养现状及供需矛盾的主要表现,提出应从会计教育者、从业人员、用人单位三方转变人才培养和人才发展的观念,推动和加速会计教育的改革与创新,以逐步减少会计学专业人才培养供需之间的矛盾。
With the development of the accounting profession and the changes of enterprises demand for accounting professionals ,there is apparent contradiction between supply and demand. Through research and related data management, this paper analyzes the demand and supply for accounting professionals. Then the paper proposed accounting educators, accounting practitioners and employers tripartite urgent need to change the concept of talent development and personnel training. They should promote and accelerate accounting education reform and innovation, in order to reduce gradually the contradiction between supply and demand for accounting professionals.
