Study on Setting the Evaluation Index System of MBA Ability

近年来,有关MBA教育质量的话题在社会各界被广泛提起。科学的MBA能力评价指标体系的制定与应用研究对提高我国MBA毕业生质量具有重要的参考和指导价值。本文初步构建了MBA能力评价的一级和二级指标体系,并利用专家咨询法和层次分析法相结合的方法对指标体系进行了评价。

In recent years, the topic on the quality of MBA education in the society is mentioned widely. The design and application research of scientific evaluation index system of MBA ability have important reference and guidance value to improve the quality of our MBA graduates. In this paper, we construct in preliminary the primary and secondary index system of the MBA ability evaluation, and evaluate them by using the combined method of expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.
