摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师在实践中扮演着双重角色,他们既是国家意识形态的推广者,又是大学生思想道德的培育者。针对当前部分教师双重角色相互分离乃至相互对立的现象,西方马克思主义者葛兰西提出了知识分子"进化论",成为解决该矛盾的重要参照。该理论要求思政课教师不仅做富于知识能力的"传统知识分子",还要成为宣传意识形态的"有机知识分子"以及综合育人的"专家知识分子",以实现思政理论课双重目标的相互协调,完成"思想"、"政治"与"教育"三者的有机融合。
The teachers of ideological education in university play a dual role in practices, who are both the promoters of national ideology and the moral educators of university students. At present, in allusion to the contradictions of the two goals separated from each other, the "Intellectuals Evolution" proposed by the western Marxist Gramsci, has provided an important reference for education courses in teaching practice. This view requires the teachers of ideological education in university to be "traditional intellectuals", who are rich in intellectual ability, but also be the ideological propaganda of "organic intellectuals" and education of "expert intellectuals", so as to realize the coordination of ideological goal and educating goal, and complete the integration of "ideological and political" and "education".
