Problems of Tuition System in the Universities in Operation and Countermeasures

普通高校自实施全面收费制度以来,学费标准涨幅偏高、贫困生资助不利成为学费制度运行中的突出矛盾,政府和高校应采取多种措施对学费制度进行创新,包括加大对普通高校的投入,确立科学合理的学费标准,完善贫困生的资助制度等。

Since the implementation of the comprehensive charge system in the colleges and universities, the high increase of tuition standard and adverse status of funding for poor students are becoming the most prominent contradiction of tuition system in operation. Therefore, the government and universities should take some measures to innovate tuition system, such as increasing investment in universities, establishing scientific and reasonable tuition standard and improving the subsidization system.
