白疕病血热证检测指标的变化分析

Variation characteristics of laboratory data on blood heat syndrome of psoriasis

目的探讨白疕病血热证实验室指标的特点,为临床对白疕病血热证的诊断、治疗、预后评估提供理论依据。方法选取40例白疕病血热证患者与40例健康对照者,分别测定其血清生化指标:总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、钙离子(Ca)、尿酸(UA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血糖(GLU)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CR);及免疫指标:C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、补体C3、补体C4。结果白疕病血热证组CRP、TG、UA、IgE显著高于健康对照组;HDL、Ca、TP、ALB、TB、C3、IgM、IgG明显低于健康对照组。结论白疕病血热证患者存在不同的生化与免疫指标异常,这些指标可能为白疕病血热证的诊断、治疗、预后、疗效观察提供参考。

Objective To explore the characteristics of laboratory data on blood heat syndrome of psoriasis and evaluate the clinical value in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis. Methods The biochemical indexes and immune indexes were detected in 40 cases with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis and 40 healthy controls respectively. The biochemical indexes were consist of TP, ALB, TB, DB, Ca, UA, ALT, AST, TG, CHO, HDL, LDL, ALP, LDH, GLU, U- REA and CR. The immune indexes included CRP, IgM, IgG, IgE, IgA, C3 and CA. Results The serum levels of CRP, TG, UA, IgE in patients with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis were significantly higher than those in healthy controls, while those of HDL, Ca, TP, ALB, TB, C3, IgM, IgG were markedly lower than healthy controls. Conclusion The biochemical indexes and immune indexes were found abnormal in patients with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis, which can provide reference for di- agnosis, treatment, prognosis and clinical observation of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis.
