摘要
目的研究基质金属蛋白13(MMP-13)和CXC类趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及癌旁正常肺组织中的表达程度,探讨两者表达水平与肺癌侵袭、转移及相关临床病理特征之间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学法检测70例NSCLC标本及25例癌旁正常肺组织中MMP-13和CXCR4的表达水平,分析其表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系,采用卡方检验比较检测结果。结果 NSCLC组织中MMP-13的表达率为67.1%,高于癌旁肺组织阳性率24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),MMP-13蛋白的表达与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);CXCR4在NSCLC组织中的阳性率为61.4%,高于癌旁肺组织阳性率20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),CXCR4的表达与肺癌组织的临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);两者均与其他的临床病理因素无关(P>0.05),MMP-13与CXCR4两者的表达呈正相关(r=0.376,P<0.01)。结论 MMP-13和CXCR4在NSCLC组织中表达具有较好的相关性,联合检测MMP-13和CXCR4的表达对预测NSCLC的浸润、转移和预后均有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MMP- 13 ,CXCR4 in NSCLC tissu and Normal Lung tissue and investigate the relationship between expression and invasion, metastasis of lung cancer and its clinical pathologi- cal features. Methods MMP - 13 and CXCR4 expression were evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 70 selected cases of pri- mary NSCLC and 25 cases of normal lung tissues. The relationship of the expression and clinical pathological features were ana- lyzed. Chi - square test was used to analyze the consistency. Results The positive rate of MMP - 13 in NSCLC tissue was 67.1%, which was significantly higher than in normal lung tissue (P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate of CXCR4 in NSCLC tissue ~as 61.4% ,which was significantly higher than in normal lung tissue (P 〈0.01 ). There was significant positive correlation between the expression of MMP - 13 and grade and lymph node metastasis and TNM stage ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was significant positive correlation between the expressions of CXCR4 and lymph node metastasis, TNM stage (P 〈 0.05). The expression of MMP - 13 had positive correlation with CXCR4 in NSCLC ( r = 0.376, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The expression of MMP - 13 was correla- ted with the expression of CXCR4 in NSCLC. The combined detection of MMP - 13 and CXCR4 had an important significance in patients with NSCLC to predict invasion, metastasis and prognosis.
