摘要
目的分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者脂质代谢、空腹血糖(Glu)及肝肾功能相关指标变化及它们的关系。方法 1 586例CHD患者为观察组,1 512例健康体检者为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a(Lipa)、Glu、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)浓度。结果与对照组比较,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lipa明显升高,HDLC、HDL-C/LDL-C、HDL-C/TC、ApoA1、ApoA1/ApoB、TBIL、DBIL、IBIL明显降低;CHDHDL-C、ApoA1与TBIL正相关;TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lipa与TBIL负相关;与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度有关。结论脂代谢紊乱、胆红素降低同CHD关系密切,是CHD发病危险因素,早期干预有可能预防心血管事件发生、发展。
Objective To analysis the changes and correlation of lipid metabolism, fasting blood glucose (Glu) and liver and kidney function related indicators in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD). Methods Selecte 1 586 CHD patients as the observation group, and 1 5t2 healthy people as the control group. Using automatic biochemical analyzer to ana- lyze the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride ~ TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C), apolipoprotein A1 ( ApoA1 ), apolipoprotein B ( ApoB), lipoprotein a ( Lipa), Glu levels total biliru- bin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), indirect bilirubin (IBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr). Results Compared with the control group, the TC, TG, LDL -C, ApoB, Lipa levels of the observation group were significantly higher, and the HDL - C, HDL - C/LDL - C, HDL - C/TC, ApoA1, ApoA1/ApoB, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL levels were significantly lower, the difference is statistically significant. The HDL- C, ApoA1 levels of CHD patients were positively correlated with TBIL, and the TC, TG, LDL - C, ApoB, Lipa were negatively correlated with TBIL, and also related to thelesions of coronary atherosclerosis. Conclusion Significantly lower levels of lipid metabolism, bilirubin were closely related to CHD, which are risk factors for CHD. Early intervention may prevent cardiovascu- lar events occurring and developing.
