摘要
目的调查掌握某部空气和生活饮用水污染现状,探寻环境致病因子,为消除营区不良环境因素、改善空气及水源质量提供科学依据。方法按照《环境空气质量监测点位布设技术规范(试行)》(HJ 664-2013)、《环境空气质量手工监测技术规范》(HJ/T194-2005)和《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB5750-2006)进行样品的采集、处理和分析,依据《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-2012)和《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)对检测结果进行评价。结果个别位点的总悬浮颗粒物含量略超出国家最低标准限值;水源的肉眼可见物超标,其他指标符合标准;疾病谱分析表明消化系统和呼吸系统疾病的发病率均处于正常水平。结论该部大气和水源水质都受到一定程度的影响,但尚未对官兵的身体健康产生不良损害。今后需建立长效监测机制,及时消除污染隐患。
Objective To investigate the era-rent pollution situation of air and drinking water in a military camp, and to provide scientific evidence for eliminating the environmental pathogenic factors and improving the quality of air and drinking water in the troops. Methods The samples were collected, detected and analyzed according to "Technical specifications for points distribu- tion of environment air quality monitoring( trial implementation" (J 664 -2013 ), "Technical specifications/or manual monito- ring of environment air quality" ( HJ/T194 - 2005 ), and "Standard examination method for drinking water" ( GB 5750 - 2006). The results were assessed in accordance with "Standard for environment air quality"( GB3095 -2012) and "Standard for drinking water"( GB5749- 2006). Results The total suspended particles (TSP) in individual sites exceeded the national minimum standard limits. The visible matter by naked eyes was excessive in the drinking water, while the other indexes were qualified. The spectrum of diseases showed the incidence rates of digestive diseases and respiratory diseases were at normal level. Conclusion The quality of air and drinking water were influenced by environmentsd pathogenic factors to a degree, but there was no significant harm to the officers and soldiers. Long - acting monitoring mechanism should be established to timely eliminate the hidden danger.
