摘要
目的检测目前河南部分市售蜂胶产品的质量。方法采用称重法测定蜂胶中蜂蜡含量水平,紫外可见分析法测定蜂胶总黄酮含量,高锰酸钾滴加法测定氧化时间指标。结果样品S1、S2和S3蜂蜡含量大于样品S4、S5和S6;样品S4、S5和S6氧化值指标均明显好于S1、S2和S3样品,具有较强的抗氧化能力;总黄酮含量均在16%以上,其中样品S2和S3含量较少,S5和S6含量较高。蜂胶质量和蜂胶中的醇提取物含量成正比,和含蜡量、氧化时间成反比。结论在所有蜂胶产品中,S1、S2、S3为合格品,S4、S5为良品。S6为优等品。
Objective To detect the quality of some commercial propolis products in H^nan province, Methods Beeswax con- tent in propolis was determined by weighing method, the flavonoids content was determined by UV - visible analysis, and the oxidation time was determined by using titration of potassium permanganate. Res^I~ The beeswax contents in sample S1, S2 and S3 were higher than those in sample S4, S5 and $6, but the oxidation indexes of sample S4, $5 and S6 were significantly better than sample S1, S2, and S3, showing a strong antioxidant capacity. The total flavonoids contents in all samples were over 16%, lower in sample S2 and S3 and higher in sample S5 and S6. The propolis quality was positively correlated with the content of ethanol extracts from propolis, but negatively correlated with the beeswax content and oxidation time, Conclusion Of all the propolis products, sample S1, S2,S3 were classified as qualified products, sample S4 and S5 were classified as good products, sample S6 was evaluated as superior product.
