摘要
目的分析了解2007年-2013年北京市海淀区食品中铝的污染状况,为以后开展卫生监督监测工作和制定科学的标准提供数据支持。方法根据国家食品安全风险监测的要求,采用多级分层抽样的方法,在北京市海淀区大型超市、批发市场以及餐饮小吃店等地采集具有代表性的9类食品共448份。运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对样品进行铝的检测。结果经检测2007年-2013年的448份样本,铝的检出率为99.6%,超标率为35.7%,不同类别食品均有不同程度超标,其中以油条、油饼和海蜇超标尤为严重,超标率分别达到87.9%和100%。结论食品风险监测食品中铝污染严重,应当加强法律法规宣传,相关部门应加大执法力度,加强食品安全监督,并根据我国自身的情况制定适合自身国情的标准。
Objective To analyze the situation of aluminum pollution in food products in Beijing Haidian District from 2007 to 2013 ,and provide data to support future health supervision and monitoring work and make scientific standard. Methods Ac- cording to the requirements of national food safety monitoring, 448 samples of 9 different kinds, collected in supermarkets, wholesale markets and snack bars in Haidian district by the method of multistage stratified sampling were tested by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum. Results The sample detection during 2007 - 2013 was 99.6%, and 35.7% were out of limit, Fried bread stick and jellyfish were the most serious which reached 87.9% and 100% respectively. Conclusion According to the results and current Aluminum situation, we should strengthen the propaganda about the situation of aluminum, in- crease the intensity of law enforcement, promote food supervision and make the standards which are suitalbe to our natioanl con- ditions.
