郑州市歌舞厅噪声状况及其对从业人员健康的影响

Effects of noise of singing- dancing hall on working personnel's health

目的探讨歌舞厅噪声对从业人员健康的影响。方法用ND2型精密声级计对16家歌舞厅噪声进行监测,并根据《文化娱乐场所卫生标准》GB9664-1996对歌舞厅噪声进行评价,同时对158名从业人员进行自觉症状问卷调查和体格检查。结果工作时间16家歌舞厅工作噪声合格率7.14%,噪声≤85 dB时歌舞厅从业人员的心率为73次/min、收缩压133 mmHg、舒张压85 mmHg、空腹血糖4.85 mmol/L,噪声>85 dB时歌舞厅从业人员的心率为85次/min,收缩压141 mmHg,舒张压93 mmHg,空腹血糖5.07 mmol/L,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着工龄的增加,心电图异常率也随之增加。结论歌舞厅噪声对于心血管疾病的危险因素存在作用,应加强卫生法规宣传和监督执法力度,采取有效措施改善卫生健康状况。

Objective To study the effects of noise of singing - dancing hall on working personnel＇s health. Methods The noise of the 16 singing - dancing halls was measured by precise ND2 - sound - level - meter. Assessment of noise of singing - dancing hall was conducted according to Hygienic standard for public place of entertainment GB9664 - 1996. For the 158 cases of working personnel＇s the self symptoms were inquired by questionnaire. The physical examination were conducted by physician. Results In the 16 singing - dancing halls, the qualified rate of noise was 7.14%. The heart rate, SBP, DBP and FPG of the subjects exposed to the noise ~ 85 dB and 〉 85 dB was 73,133 mmHg, 85 mmHg,4.85 mmol/L and 85,141 mmHg ,93 mmHg, 5.07 mmol/L. And their differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. With the increasing of the working age, the rate of abnormal electrocardiogram will also increase. Conclusion These results suggest that noise of dancing hall have an effect on risk factors of cardiovascular disease. The health laws and the publicity of the standards should be strengthened and measures should be adooted to imorove the health condition.
