摘要
本文借鉴Y科技公司的微培训案例,探讨社会化媒体平台下企业培训创新的具体操作流程,分析微培训在我国应用的现状与问题,最后提出企业实施微培训的对策与展望,对研究我国企业的培训创新具有一定的现实意义。
The article used the case of Y company on Wei Training for reference, summarized the specific procedures of training innovation based on the social media, analyzed how Wei Training is al^lied in China currently, and finally Some measures and suggestions are given, which has great theoretical and vractical sitmificance.
