Ocular surface damages associated with drugs

众所周知,滴眼液可以直接接触并影响眼表组织,而一些针对其他部位的局部或全身用药也会通过不同机制对眼表产生毒性作用。常见眼表毒性的临床表现有视物模糊、痒感、干眼、溢泪等,但不同药物的眼表毒性却大相径庭。本文对临床常用药物诱发或导致的眼表毒性表现、可能的发病机制及治疗原则做一综述。

It is well known that eye drops in direct contact with ocular surface can affect the structure, while ocular surface damages may occur from local or systemic medications in the other parts of the body by different mechanisms. The clinical manifestations of the common ocular surface damages include blurred vision, itch, dry eye syndrome,epiphora, etc., however, the ocular surface damages of various medications are entirely alien from each other. The manifestations of ocular surface damages induced or caused by clinical frequently used drugs, possible pathogenesis and the principle of treatment were reviewed in this article.
