摘要 为适应高速铁路的发展,国内引进了作业速度80km/h的GTC-80型钢轨探伤车,对其中电气控制系统的可靠性和可操作性有了更高的要求。文章提出以PLC为平台的电气控制系统设计方案,实现了钢轨探伤检测系统供电控制、气动系统控制、水路系统控制功能。系统便于维护和改进,开发速度快.经过长期运行验证其工作稳定,可靠性高,便于用户使用。 In order to meet the development of high-speed railway, China introduced the GTC-80 Rail Flaw Detection Vehicle with the speed of 80km/h, in which the electrical control system needs higher reliability and operability.The design which uses PLC as a platform for electrical control system is proposed in the paper,it realizes the control functions of the power supply system, the pneumatic system and the aqueous system in the Rail Flaw Detection System.The electrical control system is easy to maintain and improve,its development cycle is short.It has been proved that the system is stable, reliable, user-friendly by long-running examination.
