摘要
市场营销专业人才培养的难点在于理论学习与实践教育的结合。沙盘模拟训练由于其具备仿真性、系统性、全局性等特点,能在市场营销培训中构建起理论与实践的桥梁。研究结论发现:营销沙盘模拟训练对提高市场营销人员的合作精神、竞争意识及全局观念等都能起到良好的促进作用。
The difficulty of marketing professionals training is combining theory with practice.Because the simulation training on the sand table has characters of simulation, systematicness, whole and so on, it can build a bridge between theory and practice of marketing training.Study concluded that:marketing sandbox simulation can play a good role to improve the cooperation spirit, competitive spirit and overall concept of marketing personnel.
