This paper provides an overview of the characteristics of electrical engineering, based on the application of technical and economic expounded in its decision-making stage,analyzes the decision-making process,cost management content,technical and economic analysis of the basic principles and financial evaluation steps. On this basis, summarizes the internal factors and external factors of investment risk, common errors and a basic strategy to be followed in the process of producing decision-making scheme, to provide a theoretical reference for the design of the decision-making optimizion in power engineering construction of our country.
