摘要
为了拟订煤炭企业在经济危机形势下的营销调整方案,文章从加强营销管理、规范销售行为等方面入手,提出了相应的营销策略调整措施,有利于煤炭企业积极适应市场变化,通过主动调整来谋求持续发展。
In order to draw up marketing adjustment scheme of coal enterprises in a crisis situation,this paper proposed the corresponding adjustment measures for marketing strategy from strengthening marketing management, regulating the behavior of sales in many aspects and so on, which is advantageous for the coal enterprises to actively adapt to market changes, and to seek sustainable development through active adjustment.
