摘要
2007年国务院正式公布的《职工带薪年休假条例》对职工带薪休假的权利进行了明确规定,但是十多年来,带薪休假制度的执行效果却不理想,由此引起的纷争也日益增多,文章在阐述我国企事业单位带薪休假制度实施中存在的问题的基础上,分析了其执行难的原因,并提出问题改进的对策。
Employees' entitlement to annual leave was made clearly in "The Worker's Annual Vacation With Pay Ordinance" officially announced by State Department in 2007.But the result of the system of annual paid vacation does not look good for a dozen years, and it has come an increase in disputes.The article discussed the problems in annual paid vacation firstly, analyzed the cause of difficult enforcement of regulations.Based on this, put forward several countermeasures to the problems.
