摘要
近年来,绩效工资越来越受到社会以及事业单位的关注,它关系到工资绩效分配制度和每个在职员工的切身利益。基于传统绩效工资构成,分析绩效工资中存在问题,提出绩效工资分配方案应把握的原则,并将其适用于公益性科研单位的工资分配过程中。
In recent years,performance more and more eoncerbed by society and institutions, its relationshipto the wage distribution system and each performance of the vital interests of employees.Based on the traditional performance salary, performance salary in the analysis of the existing problems, proposed should grasp the performance salary allocation principle, and the distribution of wages and the application in scientific research units.
