Analysis on the Development Trend of Baby Formula Import Trade in China with the Regulation of “New Dairy Policies”

近年来,国产婴幼儿奶粉的质量安全事故频发,严重打击了整个乳品市场,我国从2013年开始实施"乳品新政",大力加强对进口婴幼儿奶粉的监管。本文在梳理中国婴幼儿奶粉进口贸易现状的基础上,详细分析了"乳品新政"对我国婴幼儿奶粉进口贸易的影响,并进一步探讨了我国婴幼儿奶粉进口贸易的发展趋势。

In recent years, many quality accidents of domestic infant formula brands deteriorated the whole dairy market （baby formula products included） in China. In order to regulate the baby formula imports market, China has begun to implement the ＂new dairy policies＂ system from 2013. The main contents of this paper are as follows： first, the present situation of Chinese baby formula import trade was summarized; second, the main effects of the ＂new dairy policies＂ were explicated specifically; third, we have a rational expectation on the trend of baby formula import trade.
