摘要 对于一些需精确定位的连续油管作业,如多薄层压裂,连续油管自有的深度计量设备误差太大,通过对3种井下定位方法的对比.得出机械套管接箍定位器法定位准确、研发难度小,且成本低.鉴于此,进行了机械套管接箍定位器结构设计、工作原理研究,并经过室内实验和现场试验论证,性能指标满足现场要求,取得了预期效果。 For some coiled tubing operations that require precise positioning,like fracturing in multiple thin layers,the error from its own depth-measurement device of the coiled tubing is too large.By comparing the three methods of downhole positioning,it is concluded that the positioning of the mechanical casing-collar locator positioning method is accurate,with small R&D difficulty and low cost.In view of this,the structural design and operational principle research of the mechanical casing-collar locator are carried out.The laboratory and field tests demonstrate that the performance indexes can meet the demands of the demands of the field,and the expected results are achieved.
