17例儿童活体肝移植术后环孢素A使用分析 被引量：3

摘要 肝移植作为目前治愈终末期肝病唯一有效的治疗方法已经被广泛地应用,但术后需长期使用免疫抑制药物（immunosuppressant,IS）来抑制器官排斥反应。由于儿童,特别是婴幼儿喂养以奶类食物为主,我们选择以环孢素A（Cyclosporine A,CsA）乳剂为基础IS。目前肝移植儿童以使用CsA为基础IS的报道不多。
