In light of serious building exterior leakage problems, starting from aspects of construction market, quality control and material selec- tion, the article analyzes exterior leakage causes, and puts forward preventive measures including controlling exterior waterproofing design, strengthening staff ability training, and selecting standard building materials and so on, with a view to effectively solve exterior leakage diseases.
