摘要
以延吉市少年宫工程项目为例,介绍了采用扣件式钢管支撑架,框架结构梁板先于柱支模施工工艺流程,并提出了框架梁板柱支模、梁钢筋骨架绑扎和预制以及安装、浇筑混凝土等施工技术措施,经工程验收,其施工质量符合现行质量验评标准,缩短了建设工期、降低了工程造价。
In this paper, taking Yanji city children＇ s palace project as an example, introduces the fastener style steel pipe support frame, frame beam before column formwork construction process, and puts forward the technical measures for the construction of the framework slab column formwork, steel beam skeleton banding and preeast and installation, pouring concrete etc.. Through the project acceptance, the construction quality and meet the current quality assessment standards, shorten construction period and reduce the project cost.
