摘要
结合建设工程监理的现状,引入WBS原理,把监理工作内容按照监理项目组织机构进行了分解,对活动内容进行了持续改进,实现了全面、科学的建设工程监理,提高了监理的服务质量。
Combining with construction engineering supervision status, the paper introduces WBS principles, interprets supervision work accord- ing to supervision project organization, and improves activity contents. As a result, it realizes comprehensive and scientific construction engineer- ing supervision and improves supervision service quality.
