摘要
针对多数施工企业对GB/T 28000职业健康安全管理体系认识模糊,理解不透,不会操作应用等问题,从目的与工作程序两方面展开了叙述,着重对风险因素识别、评价、控制、施工准备、应急工作等内容作了论述,以实现职业健康安全管理目标。
In light of construction enterprises problems for occupational health and safety management system GB/T 28000, such as fuzzy recogni- tion, fuzzy understand and failure operation, the paper makes an illustration from two aspects of targets and working procedures, and mainly dis- cusses risk factors identification, evaluation and control, construction preparation and emergent work and so on, with a view to realize occupation- al health and safety management.
