This paper briefly introduced the nature of quality common problems of building engineering, analyzed the means to control engineering quality common problems, and combining with specific examples, summarized the technical innovation of our engineering construction in civil en- gineering scientific research, construction level, design level and other aspects, had vital significance to the prevention and control of engineering quality common problems.
