对大秦线基层工务段的运行管理现状进行了简述,针对其存在的汽车定编数量不足,报废汽车更新不及时,制度不健全等问题,提出了及时更新报废汽车,控制运行成本,加强监控管理等完善汽车运行管理的措施,以确保基层工务段汽车运行的安全。

The paper briefly describes operation management status of basic Da-Qin railway business section. In light of existing problems including limited vehicles, post scrap ear renovation and imperfect system, it puts forward measures of timely renovating scrap cars, controlling operation cost, and strengthening monitoring management and so on, with a view to guarantee vehicle operation safety of basic railway business section.
