摘要
近年我国寒区隧道数量不断增加,而目前隧道冻害整治措施中的保温防寒等被动性措施效果不理想,因此研发高效、节能、环保的主动工程措施显得十分必要。对利用自然能源加热隧道衬砌的热管技术和地源热泵技术的原理及其在防治寒区隧道冻害的应用进行研究,并提供了若干国内外工程实例。建议交通工程管理部门就热管技术和地源热泵技术防治隧道冻害方面进行技术研发,形成定型新产品,制定生产安装维护技术规范,推广应用。
The number of tunnels in cold region keeps increasing in recent years, but the result of the passive measures to prevent tunnel structure from freezing damages, such as installing anti-freezing heat insulation material, is not effective as expected. So it is essential to develop the so-called active method, that is more efficiently, environmental friendly and energy-efficient, to cope with tunnel freezing damages. This paper introduces the research of the principle and usage of heat pipe with ground source heat pump system using natural resources to heat tunnel lining and its applications. And it is suggested that the transportation engineering manage departments should pay much attention to the research, the development of standard products, the associated specifications for manufacturing, installing and maintenance, and their applications.
