港珠澳大桥拱北隧道曲线管幕管节现场制作技术

The Onsite Fabrication of Pipe Section on Curve Pipe Curtain for Gongbei Tunnel of Zhuhai Connection in HZMB project

结合港珠澳大桥珠海连接线拱北隧道曲线管幕工程实例,详细介绍曲线管幕管节制作与连接关键技术,包括管材切割下料、管身卷制、承插口F形接头制作、管节焊接组装技术,管节质量检测方法和验收标准等。顶管施工实践证明,管节制作精度、刚度和稳定性、防水密封性能等均达到预期效果,管节现场工厂化制作技术和产品质量是可靠的。

Based on the engineering practices in the project, this paper introduces the processes in fabrication and connection of pipe sections on curve pipe curtain, including sheet cutting, pipe reeling,“F” connector manufacturing, pipe section welding and assembling. Inspection method and acceptance standard are also included in the paper. The practices in pipe pushing show that the pipe section fabricated on site meets the requirements for precision, rigidity, stability, water-proof and reliability.
