垂体泌乳素腺瘤的治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 垂体泌乳素腺瘤(prolactinomas,PRL腺瘤)是一种以分泌泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)为主要特点的功能性垂体腺瘤,是垂体腺瘤中最常见的一种疾病,占垂体腺瘤的40%~60%。根据肿瘤直径大小可分为微腺瘤(直径〈1cm)、大腺瘤(直径为1~3cm)、巨大腺瘤(直径〉3cm)。PRL腺瘤主要表现为PRL增高、雌激素减少导致的闭经、泌乳、不育,还可表现为视力视野障碍、头痛、性功能障碍、精神异常等。
