特应性皮炎是临床常见的慢性遗传性过敏性皮肤病,病因尚不完全清楚.主要概述特应性皮炎发生发展的相关环境影响因素,如：居住环境、接触宠物在不同时期的不同影响;不同饮食在不同时期的不同作用;早期母乳喂养、日常清洁、肠道菌群等因素的保护作用;感染、肥胖、孕期工作、压力等因素,以及香烟、温度剧变等物理化学刺激的不利影响.这些因素均会影响特应性皮炎的发病或发展.

Atopic dermatitis （AD） is a common chronic hereditary atopic allergic skin disease of unclear origin.This article states the roles of environmental factors related to the initiation and progression of AD,such as living environment,pet exposure,and diets.Protective factors such as early breastfeeding,daily cleaning and intestinal flora,as well as risk factors such as infection,obesity,work in pregnancy,stress,and physical and chemical stimuli like cigarettes and drastic temperature changes,are also reviewed.
