外治法治疗肝癌癌性疼痛临床观察

Clinical Study on Pain Following Liver Cancer Treated by External Therapy

探讨外治法治疗肝癌癌性疼痛。用痛康宁腰围带置于患者脐部 ,每 15天更换药袋 1次 ,连续使用。对照组用强痛定 ,肌肉注射 ,每次 10 0mg ,2次 /d。结果 :痛康宁治疗癌性疼痛的显效率为 77 4 %,总有效率 96 5 %;对照组显效率为 33 3%,总有效率为 83 3%(P <0 0 5 )。提示痛康宁腰围带治疗肝癌癌性疼痛有较好疗效 ,能明显改善患者生活质量。

To seek the external therapy for liver-cancer pain,Tongkangning waistline Belt was applied on the navel(treatment group),with alternate medicines every 15 days.In control group,bupinnzrizine was injected muscularly,100 mg every time and twice a day.Results:In treatment group,the marked effective rate was 74 4% and the total effective rate was 96 5%;in control group the rates were 33 3% and 83 3% respectively(P<0.05).It is indicated that the Belt is quite effective for liver-cancer pain the improvement of life quality.
