摘要 膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）是临床常见疾病，目前认为本病的核心是膝关节软骨退行性改变，软骨基质的生物降解和合成过程失调，逐步累及软骨下骨质、滑膜、关节囊等关节重要结构。
