摘要
对现有渐开线齿轮范成仪的结构、功能进行了分析,指出了其结构及使用上的不足和缺陷,摒弃了传统齿轮范成仪的结构模式,设计了一款新型行星传动式渐开线齿轮范成仪,介绍了其结构、参数、工作原理和特点。通过新旧齿轮范成仪使用对比证明,行星传动式齿轮范成仪操作起来更方便,效果更好,完全可以替代现有齿轮范成仪。
The structure and function of the existing gear generating instrumen are analyzed ,its drawbacks and deficiencies of the structure and using are pointed out. This paper abandons the traditional structure mode of gear generating instrument,and a new type of planetary transmission of involute gear generating instrument is designed,and then the structure, parameters ,principle and characteristics are introduced. The planetary transmission of involute gear generating instrument is more convenient and better for operating by contrast of using the old and new gear generating instrument, and it can completely replace the existing gear generating instrument.
