摘要
目前国内大部分动感单车的机械式把手调节阻力既不方便使用,达不到健身、训练的最佳效果。为此改进了动感单车,由机械式调节阻力转变为由电子系统控制[1]调节阻力,可对训练时间进行监控,对训练者消耗的卡路里进行计算,使动感单车智能化,使操作更加简单、便捷、有效。
Cun-ently, in most of the domestic spinning,mechanical handles are inconvenient to regulating resistance for training,and can't achieve the best results about fitness training. Spinning can be improved,mechanical resistance tune into electronic control system to adjust the resistance ,as well as training time monitoring, and for the calculation of calories trainers will enable the development of intelligent spinning also makes training operation more simple,convenient,effective.
