摘要
在机械加工和装配中,用于固定和联结的平板类零件,经常采用90°沉孔作为90°沉头螺钉或其标准件的配合孔。但是在实际加工过程中,由于两种零件分别加工,到装配现场时,经常有沉孔和沉头不匹配的问题。文中根据现场零件的返修案例,探讨沉孔和沉头螺钉在加工时应注意的工艺性。
In machining operation and mechanical assembling,countersunk holes and counterbore screws are widely used to connect and fasten different parts. Practically,their irrelevant production will inevitably lead to mismatching when assembling. A repairment case is used to analyze the manufacturability and tips in the fabrication of countersunk holes and eounterbore screws.
