摘要
刮板输送机中部槽采用50°X形对接焊缝和传统的单丝M AG焊焊接工艺,随着板厚的增加,导致中部槽焊接生产效率降低。为了在保证中部槽焊接质量的前提下,提高中部槽的焊接效率,采用不同坡口形式的焊接熔透性试验对中部槽焊接坡口形式进行了优化,并采用熔敷金属试验和焊接接头力学性能试验对双丝M AG焊焊接工艺进行了研究分析。研究结果表明:在保证焊接质量的前提下,采用优化的36°X形焊接坡口形式和双丝M AG焊焊接工艺,使中部槽焊接生产效率得到大幅提高。
50°X-shaped butt welds and traditional monofilament MAG welding process are used to weld middle trough of Scraper conveyor,it often leads to inefficiencies with the increase of the middle trough's thickness in welding production. In order to improve the welding efficiency of the middle trough under the premise of good quality,different forms of trough weld penetration test are used to optimize the middle trough weld groove,the welding process is studied through deposited metal and mechanical properties test. The results show that the middle trough welding efficiency of production has been greatly improved in the premise of high welding quality by using optimized 36°X-shaped welding grooves form and double wire MAG welding process.
