摘要
对HBC-HP3/BS1200边坡清筛机挖掘斗轮的设计结构进行分析,建立了挖掘过程的模型,分析了挖掘过程的挖掘阻力和驱动总功率,这对整机受力分析、功率消耗和优化挖掘工艺参数都有很重要的意义。
The designing structure of digging bucket wheel in HBC-HP3/BS1200 Shoulder Ballast Cleaning Machine is aalyzed.The theoretical calculation methods and models of its digging process are established.Digging resistance and total power of driven mining process are analyzed.The force analysis,power consumption and the mining process parameters 3timization,have very important significance.
