层粘连蛋白与肺纤维化 被引量：1

摘要 肺纤维化是由多种原因引起的肺部炎症和肺泡持续性损伤及细胞外基质（extracellular matrix,ECM）的反复破坏、修复、重建和过度沉积从而导致正常的肺组织结构改变和功能丧失的一类疾病.尽管对疾病发病机制的研究有很多,仍然缺乏有效的抗纤维化治疗方法以逆转、终止或延缓纤维化肺组织中瘢痕的形成.肺纤维化的一个重要病理特征是细胞外基质的过度沉积,而细胞外基质是体内细胞及组织最重要的调节者之一.
