眶周注射填充的并发症及其防治 被引量:14

摘要 围绕眼球周围的组织统称为眶周结构,位于面中部。随着年龄的增长,眶周会较早地出现各种老龄化改变,这是面部注射填充的常见部位。眶周注射的主要目的是使面部年轻化,通过对眶周一些凹陷及沟槽部位组织量的补充来达到眶周轮廓年轻化的作用。眶周的解剖结构比较复杂,含有由7块颅颌面骨组成的骨性眼眶、菲薄皮肤参与构成上下眼睑、重要的功能器官眼球、丰富的动静脉血管网络、精确微妙的美学特征等,对其进行注射时难度较大。近年来,随着注射材料和注射例数的增多,眶周注射的不良反应及并发症的发生屡有报道,尤其是由血管栓塞引起的失明,大多来自于眶周的注射,需要引起临床医师的充分重视。
