Design of Work Package Construction Management System Based on Networked Manufacture

基于中小型工程企业需求,探讨以网络化分散预制、涂装和集中总装作为建造策略,以工作包作为精细化管理工具的建造管理系统的软/硬件系统设计。提出公司内网系统和Internet外网系统两套方案并实现安全高效耦合;提出用电子表格文件作为中间媒介物实现系统与设计、采办和计划板块的接口方法;探讨采用对象模型结构分析、全局E-R图编制和数据库逻辑设计三步走的数据库和类模型设计方法;最后对定额库使用、物料码映射和工作包分解这三个关键设计问题进行说明。

Discusses the design solution of the construction management of software/hardware system based on small and medium-sized engineering enterprise needs, facing networked prefabrication and coating and concentrated assembly construction strategy, using work package as the fine management tool. Puts forward the system for Intranet and one system for Internet, which can could work together safely and effi-ciently. Takes the spreadsheet file as the intermediate medium, this system can intercommunicate with design, procurement and planning sector. Discusses the three steps of the object model structural analysis, global E-R diagram and database logic design as the database and class design method.
