摘要
染料木素是豆科植物提取的活性成分,它能明显降低恶性肿瘤发生,能够通过不同的传导途径促进成骨细胞生成,增加骨的碱性磷酸酶活性以及骨DNA和钙的含量,并抑制破骨细胞分化,达到防止骨质减少,抗骨质疏松的作用。染料木素同时可以促进血脂代谢,防止内脂质的氧化作用,软化血管,达到保护心脑血管,防止心脑血管意外的作用。随着对其作用机制研究的不断深入,必将开发出一系列相关药品,最终为人类健康造福。
Genistein is a kind of active ingredients extracted from leguminous plants. It can significantly reduce the incidence of malignant tumors,promote bone formation through different signaling pathways,increase bone alkaline phosphatase activity and bone DNA and calcium content,and inhibit osteoclast differentiation,which can prevent the occurrence of osteopenia and osteoporosis. Genistein also can promote lipid metabolism,prevent lipid oxidation,soften the blood vessels,which can protect the cardiovascular and prevent cardiocerebral vascular accident. With the thorough research on its mechanism,a series of related drugs will be developed ultimately for human health benefits.
