老年肺癌患者血浆部分止血和凝血标志物变化的临床研究 被引量：3

Clinical study of plasma markers of hemostatic and coagulation in geriatric patients with lung cancer

摘要 恶性肿瘤患者多存在凝血、纤溶系统的异常,静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是肿瘤患者的重要并发症.Blom等[1]发现,血液系统恶性肿瘤的VTE发生率最高,其次为肺癌,然后是胃肠道肿瘤.合并VTE的患者往往预后更差,死亡率更高.我们对老年肺癌患者的部分止、凝血标志物的血浆含量进行了检测,以进一步探讨止、凝血血浆标志物与肺癌患者发生静脉血栓栓塞事件的可能机制及对其检测的临床意义.现报道如下.
