超声产前诊断胎儿先天性喉闭锁5例临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声在产前诊断胎儿先天性喉闭锁中的价值。方法回顾性分析5例先天性喉闭锁胎儿的产前超声声像资料。结果 5例产前超声均诊断为先天性喉闭锁;5例超声均表现为双肺回声增强、膈肌变平或反向、气管扩张且喉部呈实性偏高回声、喉腔无回声缝隙消失,4例有心胸比缩小及腹腔积液,3例有胸腔积液及皮肤水肿;合并发育迟缓、桡骨一侧缺失、单侧肾缺失、心脏异常各2例。结论产前超声系统筛查对胎儿先天性喉闭锁有重要诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound to the diagnosis of fetal congenital laryngeal atresia. Methods The prenatal ultrasound data of 5 patients with congenital laryngeal atresia were retrospectively analyzed. Results All these 5 patients were diagnosed congenital laryngeal atresia by prenatal ultrasound. The ultrasound showed echo enhancement of the lungs, flat or reversed diaphragm, tracheal expansion, solid high echo in the throat and the disappearance of anechoic gap in the laryngeal cavity in 5 patients, reduced cardiothoracic ratio and seroperitoneum in 4, hydrothorax and hydroderma in 3, and complications of slow growth in 2, missed one-side radius in 2, unilateral renal agenesis in 2 and heart abnormity in 2. Conclusion The systematical prenatal ultrasound screening has the important diagnostic value to congenital laryngeal atresia.
