不同药物治疗口腔正畸患者疼痛的疗效比较

目的探讨不同药物对于口腔正畸患者疼痛的治疗效果。方法选择2010年2月～2013年2月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的92例口腔正畸治疗患者作为观察对象,给予不同药物治疗,随机分为4组,即空白对照组、阿司匹林治疗组、扑热息痛治疗组和布洛芬治疗组(n=23)。对比4组止痛效果,并观察3组药物治疗后胃肠道反应情况。结果与空白对照组相比,其他3组的疼痛评分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其他3种药物治疗的止痛水平比较,差异无统计学意义;3组药物治疗后均出现不同程度的胃肠道反应,其中扑热息痛治疗组胃肠道副反应发生率显著低于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布洛芬、扑热息痛、阿司匹林3种药物对于口腔正畸疼痛均有一定治疗效果,其中布洛芬疼痛缓解情况较其他两组相对明显,但无统计学差异。布洛芬及阿司匹林使用时应当了解患者有无胃肠道疾病史,避免增加对胃肠道的损伤。

Objective To investigate the pain effect of different drugs in the treatment of orthodontic patients.Methods 92 orthodontic treatment patients from February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected as study objects and were given different drug treatment, and were randomly divided into four groups, namely control group, aspirin,acetaminophen treatment group, Bloven treatment group, 23 patients in each group. Compared the four groups of analgesic effect, and three groups were observed after drug treatment of gastrointestinal reactions.Results Compared with the control group, the other three groups pain scores improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the pain level of other three drugs ; the three group after drug treatment appeared gastrointestinal reaction in different degree, the adverse reaction rate in acetaminophen group was significantly lower than those of other groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bloven, paracetamol, aspirin three drugs for orthodontic pain have certain curative effect, in which Blovenpain relief than the other two groups is relatively obvious, but no significant difference. Bloven and aspirin use should understand whether patients with gastrointestinal disease history, avoid to increase the injury of the gastrointestinal tract.
