中晚期肝癌患者的舒适护理

Comfort care for patients in intermediate and/or late liver cancer period

目的探索肝癌患者的舒适护理,调节中晚期肝癌患者心理和生理,使其在舒适愉快的氛围中进行治疗。方法通过对162例肝癌患者的护理和观察,并辅以问卷调查的方式,探讨舒适护理对中晚期肝癌患者的治疗作用。结果舒适护理有助于改善患者的情绪,减少并发症的发生。结论有效的舒适护理措施可改善中晚期肝癌患者在生理、心理、降低了患者的不愉快程度。对于住院患者来说,舒适的合理的饮食、优良的治疗环境、良好的护患关系有助于患者增强战胜疾病的信心,改善心理状态,提高适应住院环境的能力,有利于患者的治疗。

Objective This work is to explore the comfort care for patients with liver cancer, regulate psychological and physical conditions of patients in intermediate and/or late liver cancer period, and let them get treatment in a comfortable and pleasant atmospherenethods To investigate the role of comfort care on patients in intermediate and/or late liver cancer period, 162 cases of liver cancer patients were cared and observed and were supplemented by a questionnaire survey. Results Comfort care improved patient ＂s mood and reduced the incidence of complications. Conclusions Effective comfort care can help to improve physical and psychological conditions of patients in intermediate and/or late liver cancer period, reduce the extent of the unpleasantness. Comfort and reasonable diet, good therapeutic environment and good nurse - patient relationship can help to enhance the confidence of hospitalized patients, improve mental state and improve the ability to adapt to the hospital environment, finally conducive to the treatment of patients.
